Whether you’re golfing, boating, picnicking, gardening, or spending time with family and friends, please remember what this holiday is truly about: a commemoration to U.S. men and women who died while serving their country. Thoughts and prayers need to be extended to those who have passed, as well as to the family and friends of the deceased. These men and women were strong, loyal and sacrificed big and small to help their country.

I wish each and every one of you a safe and fantastic Memorial Day weekend!

    1. What a great roundup of holiday recipes, and how nice you are to include me in it. I'm particularly smitten with the tomato bruschetta and watermelon cooler, both of which just say summer to me. Many thanks for sharing.
