So, you're having a summer party? You'll, of course, run out and get all of the bare essentials. But, what are you going to do for cocktails, especially for the non-beer drinkers? The following are recipes that are fruity, fun and tasty!



Add these drinks to your BBQ and you will definitely liven up the party...

Bahama Mama
  1. Fill a 10oz. cocktail glass with ice
  2. Add 3/4oz. of clear rum
  3. Add 3/4oz. of amber rum
  4. Add 3/4oz. of coconut rum
  5. Fill with equal parts orange and pineapple juices
  6. Add a splash of cherry syrup
  7. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry
Cosmopolitan
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add 1 1/4oz. of vodka
  3. Add a splash of lime juice
  4. Add a splash of triple sec
  5. Add a splash of cranberry juice
  6. Shake
  7. Drain liquid into a martini glass
  8. Garnish with a lime slice
Electric Lemonade
  1. Fill a 10oz. cocktail glass with ice
  2. Add 1 1/4oz. vodka
  3. Add 1/2oz. of blue curaco
  4. Fill with sour mix
  5. Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda
  6. Garnish with lemon
Long Island Iced Tea
  1. Grab a 16oz. cocktail glass
  2. Add 1oz. of vodka
  3. Add 1oz. of gin
  4. Add 1oz. of rum
  5. Add either one packet of sugar of 1/2oz. of bar syrup
  6. Add sour mix until glass if half full
  7. Add a splash of cola
  8. Fill with ice
  9. Garnish with lemon
Lemon Drop
  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add 1 1/4oz. vodka
  3. Add juice from four lemon slices
  4. Add either 1 packet of sugar or 1/2oz. of bar syrup
  5. Shake
  6. Coat rim of martini glass in sugar
  7. Drain liquid into martini glass
  8. Garnish with a lemon
Mai Tai
  1. Fill a 16oz. cocktail glass with ice
  2. Add 3/4oz. clear rum
  3. Add 3/4oz. amber rum
  4. Add a splash of almond liqueur
  5. Add a splash of peach schnapps
  6. Add a splash of sour mix
  7. Add a splash of pineapple juice
  8. Add a splash of grapefruit juice
  9. Fill with orange juice
  10. Stir
  11. Float a splash of dark rum on top
  12. Garnish with a pineapple slice
Pina Colada
  1. Fill a 16oz. glass with ice
  2. Add 1 1/4oz. coconut rum
  3. Add 3oz. pina colada mix
  4. Fill with pineapple juice
  5. Shake
  6. Garnish with a pineapple slice
Sex on The Beach
  1. Fill a 12oz. cocktail glass with ice
  2. Add 3/4oz. of vodka
  3. Add 3/4oz. of coconut rum
  4. Fill with equal parts cranberry and pineapple juices
  5. Garnish with a cherry
Watermelon Cooler
  1. Fill 12oz. cocktail glass with ice
  2. Add 1 1/4oz. bourbon
  3. Add 3/4oz. watermelon pucker
  4. Add a splash of sour mix
  5. Fill with cranberry juice
  6. Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda
  7. Garnish with a slice of watermelon
Take an extra step by making the drink mixes right before the party starts. Pour them into containers like the one shown in the picture and then garnish with handwritten labels. This is sure to be a huge hit! Plus, you don't have to spend your whole time at the party playing bartender!
