Tuna, Orzo, and Goat Cheese Arugula Salad
- 1 cup uncooked orzo
- 1 can of Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna, drained
- 1 1/2 cups arugula
- 1-2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped baby bella mushrooms
- 1/2 cup broccoli pearls
- 2-3 tablespoons dried basil
- 1/4 cup poppyseed dressing
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Cook pasta according to the directions on the box.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss to incorporate.
