When it comes to my favorite home decor, I’m all about neutrals. Yes, colorful home decor pieces sure are beautiful. But, I’ve always been drawn to blacks, whites, and tans for our home decor. Oh, and it has to have a bit of farmhouse charm to it.
When I say “farmhouse charm,” I’m not talking about decorating with farm animals all over our house. I’m talking about a style that reflects the designs and decor of Joanna Gaines on Fixer Upper. I love galvanized tins, old windows, black and white photography, mason jars, white flowers, and touches of greenery throughout the home. Those are just a few of my favorite home decor items.

I’m always on the lookout for new favorite home decor items to add throughout our home. We’re in the process of changing up our upstairs bedrooms as we prepare for the baby who is set to arrive in December.
We’re also getting ready to decorate our basement which has been pretty much untouched since we moved in two years ago. My goal was to get the main floor and upstairs floor decorated and comfortable before we tackled the basement. Now that those two floors are completed, we’ve been researching ideas for a comfy, cozy basement that will be perfect for game day.
