I have the hardest time drinking a lot of water throughout the day. Just ask my husband. He’s always getting on my case about my horrible water drinking habit. It has reached a point where he actually sends me text message reminders to drink water. I’m pathetic, right? Ugh.
So, I’m constantly trying to find more ways to drink more water. I tried getting a water jug. I tried drinking straight from water bottles. I tried setting reminders for myself. Nothing seemed to work.
And then I came across something spectacular today. Yes, today.
I grabbed a glass, added ice cubes to it, and poured in sparkling water. So far so good.
And then I grabbed some strawberries and sliced them. I added the strawberry slices to the sparkling water.

I’ve tried drinking water infused with fruit in the past. However, never have I tried to add fruit to sparkling water. What a world of a difference.
