They say opposites attract. Well, my husband and I had some opposites when we first locked eyes on each other. However, it’s been interesting to see how close we have grown together since we met. We often joke that we need to spend some time apart because we now think alike, say the same things, and can basically have a conversation without any words.
We joke about it but when we’re away from each other for like five minutes we already miss each other. I love that man of mine.
But, isn’t that the great thing about loving someone? I mean truly, wholeheartedly loving someone?
Recently, I had a television show on as background noise as I was writing on this site. During the show, they had people come on and do a rendition of the “Newlywed Game” where each couple was asked to answer a set of questions about their partner.
That made me think … What do I love most about my husband?
Of course, I love that he’s supportive, kind, an amazing father, a great friend … the list could go on and on.
But, what do I love most about my husband? He loves all of me.
Oh, and he kisses me on the forehead. Yes, the kiss on the forehead pretty much makes my heart explode each and every time.
Which has me wondering …
