It’s officially grill season! Even though my husband and I grill year-round, I know that he always looks forward to the evenings when he doesn’t have to bundle up to man the grill. From veggie foil pockets to steak, asparagus to chicken, we are always trying to think of new items to throw on the grill.
When it comes to grilling meat, it can get a little tricky. Unless you have a trained eye or sense, trying to figure out if meat is fully cooked can be stressful (I say stressful because I’m a little anal retentive when it comes to making sure meat is cooked thoroughly and properly … so yes, it’s stressful for my husband who is the grill master).
Thankfully, a few years ago, we came across a product that changed our grilling style for the better.
Introducing the Always Perfect Chef’s Fork with Digital Thermometer. You can check out the product here.
This product is a lifesaver (both literally and figuratively) because it has different settings for various types of meat, as well as different levels of doneness. That way, you can always make sure that your food is cooked to the proper temperature.
Just stick a fork in it (literally), check for doneness, and enjoy your perfectly grilled meat.
P.S. I also use it when cooking meat on the stovetop or in the oven too. It’s a multi-purpose tool. Love it!
What’s your favorite grilling tool?
