Weekly Meal Plan: December 18 through December 24, 2011
Disclaimer: If you can't tell from the meal plan below, I'm obsessed with coffee, orange juice, and cereal for breakfast. Also, Chris is working Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. We're heading to Michigan on Thursday to spend Christmas with family.
Sunday:
- Breakfast: Coffee and Cereal
- Lunch: Vegetable Soup
- Dinner: Spaghetti with Meatballs and a Side Salad
- Breakfast: Coffee and Cereal
- Lunch: Tomato and Basil Soup
- Dinner: Vegetable Soup
- Breakfast: Coffee and Cereal
- Lunch: Tomato and Basil Soup
- Dinner: Sushi
- Breakfast: Coffee and Cereal
- Lunch: Vegetable Soup
- Dinner: Chicken and Mushroom Tostadas
- Breakfast: Coffee and Cereal
- Lunch: Driving to Michigan...we'll get food on the road
- Dinner: Driving to Michigan...we'll get food on the road
Saturday:
- Breakfast: Coffee and Cereal
- Lunch: Saving room for Christmas Eve Dinner
- Dinner: Christmas Eve Dinner

Hi Jen, I love that you are starting to create a meal plan for yourself and your husband. I have been so stubborn (and maybe a little lazy) about doing this myself. Although it's just me and my husband (no kids), I find myself scrambling to figure out what to make for dinner almost every night, which leads to stress about cooking, even when I love cooking so much. Thanks for sharing your meal plan...I'm going to try to start working on my own now that you've helped inspire me!
